TCIHL Pre-Season Clinic – THIS Saturday, February 28th

• Tri-City Inline Hockey League Pre-Season Clinic – Saturday, February 28th

  Get ready for the season! Tri-City Inline Hockey League will host a special pre-season clinic on Saturday, February 28, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the MLK Jr. Park roller rink.

  Led by long-time TCIHL coach Martin Renner, this high-energy boot-camp style session is open to all registered Spring 2026 players—from beginners to veterans. The clinic focuses on skill development, conditioning, and game readiness to help players hit the ground running when the season begins in a few weeks.

  What to Bring: Full gear is required (chest guards optional).
  No sign-ups needed — just show up and skate!

SPRING SEASON PRACTICES & GAMES

• Thursday, Mar. 5^th – First Bantam Practice.

• Week of Mar. 9^th– First Bantam games & practices begin all divisions

  • Mites (8U) (Practices 5:30-6:30 pm, M or Th)
  • Squirts - (10U) (Practices 6:30-7:30 pm, M, T, Th)
  • Peewees - (12U) (Practices 7:30-8:30 pm, M, T, Th)
  • Bantams - (13+) (Practices 8:30-9:30 pm, M or Th)

• Tuesday, Mar. 10^th  - OPENING DAY for Bantams

• Saturday, Mar. 14th - OPENING DAY for Mites, Squirts, PWs

• Saturday, Apr. 4^th – No games due to Easter (Practices will be held the week prior)

• Tuesday, May 19th – Bantam Play-offs & Senior Recognition night

• Saturday, May 23^rd - No games due to Memorial Day (Practices will be held the week prior)

• Tuesday, May 26th  - Bantam Championship Game

• Saturday, Jun. 6^th - Playoffs (Mites, Squirts, PWs)

• Sunday, Jun. 7^th - Championship Sunday (Mites, squirts, PW's)

Game Prep (Important!)

• Bring extra water especially if the weather is warm
• Players should always wear light clothing under their gear
• Sticks where the blade measures less than 1.75" are not allowed to be used for games
• HOME team to provide one volunteer to help at the score booth
• Goaltenders to arrive 30 min. before game time to get ready for warm-ups, everyone else arrive at least 20 min. (parking can be an issue)

TCIHL Required Gear

• In-line Hockey Skates
• Shin Guards
• Protective Hockey Girdle (+ cup for boys)
• Elbow Pads
• Hockey Gloves
• Hockey Pants (not enforced 1st week)
• Helmet
• Stick (ABS blade is best)
• Shoulder Pads (optional, but highly recommended)
