President

Jun Torcedo serves as the President of the Tri-Cities Inline Hockey League (TCIHL) and has been coaching teams across all 4 divisions within the league for an impressive 20+ seasons. As President, Jun provides strategic leadership, guiding the league's direction and initiatives to promote youth sports and inline hockey in the community. With a deep understanding of the sport and its impact on young athletes, Jun has dedicated over a decade to coaching, nurturing skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship among players. Through their dual roles, Jun continues to elevate TCIHL's prominence and enrich the lives of countless young athletes.

Dmitriy Demidov

Vice President

Dmitriy has been a member of TCIHL since 2011 and coach since 2012, from the time of the league’s old rink by Mission San Luis Rey. He also coached high schoolers and played in the adult league at Kit Carson rinks in Escondido. Although most kids in younger TCIHL divisions know him well as a Director of Clinics & Off-Season Play, he enjoys most being a role model for high schoolers, the division he has been coaching the longest.

Jesse Fulcher

Director of Finance

Jesse Fulcher is the Director of Finance for the Tri-City Inline Hockey League (TCIHL) and has served as head coach for elementary and middle school teams over the past seven seasons. In their finance role, Jesse oversees budgeting and financial operations for TCIHL, ensuring its fiscal health and growth. Simultaneously, Jesse has coached young athletes, imparting essential skills and values on the rink. Their dedication to fostering youth development through sports has made Jesse a respected leader within the league.

Jim Franke

Registar & Director of Coaching

Jim joined TCIHL in 1993 after responding to an ad placed in a local newspaper by the league’s founder.  After coaching many seasons, he joined the Board of Directors in 2004 and went on to hold several positions including VP and President. In 2013, Jim took a break, but returned the following year resuming the roles of League Registrar, Director of Seasonal Play, Coaching Director, and Advisor. Jim understands the positive impact TCIHL has on the players & families and ensures that each season gets off the ground and that the mission of the league remains intact.

Marisa DeLuca

League Secretary & Director of Marketing

Marisa serves as Secretary of the Board and Director of Marketing for Tri-City Inline Hockey League. She's been a TCIHL mom since 2017 and has a heart for youth hockey and community engagement. TCIHL builds character by giving our youth vital skills such as teamwork, perseverance, and good sportsmanship, and she's proud to be a part of it. Watching kids grow up in this league brings her joy. Feel free to say hi to her around the rink, she's always happy to talk hockey and answer questions about the league she loves.

Candace Paulman

Candace Paulman

Events Coordinator & Director of Statistics

Candace serves as the events coordinator and the director of statistics. She is always on the lookout for fun ways to strengthen the already strong community at TCIHL. Behind the scenes, Candace keeps the player statistics fresh on the website.

Her kids joined the league in 2022 after attending a clinic and was welcomed by the wonderful coaches and volunteers. She enjoys giving back to the league and is open to suggestions for future events.

Bridgette Reuther

Bridgette Reuther

Director at Large

Bridgette Reuther hails from the Great White North of Canada. Growing up, her family was heavily involved in minor hockey. In addition to ice, she has had a pair of kids in TCIHL since 2020 and has been one of the league's Directors at Large since the Spring 2022 season. She provides non-coach parental perspectives on league issues and handles a catch-all array of tasks each year to help keep things running smoothly.

Matt Trostad

Head Official

Matt is the head official for Tri-City Inline Hockey League as well as a coach in the youth division. He grew up playing hockey since the age of 6. He has a great history of coaching and refereeing hockey throughout different hockey organizations in Southern California. His goal is to ensure that players of all ages can have a platform to develop their skills and grow into great hockey players.
