Dmitriy Demidov

Dmitriy Demidov

President

Dmitriy has been a member of TCIHL since 2011 and coach since 2012, from the time of the league’s old rink by Mission San Luis Rey. He also coached high schoolers and played in the adult league at Kit Carson rinks in Escondido. Although most kids in younger TCIHL divisions know him well as a Director of Clinics & Off-Season Play, he enjoys most being a role model for high schoolers, the division he has been coaching the longest.

Bridgette Reuther

Bridgette Reuther

League VP

Bridgette Reuther has been around hockey all her life. Growing up, her family was heavily involved in minor hockey, her mother was the Zone 2 Girls rep for Alberta Minor Hockey and her dad was a founder and director of the Northeastern Alberta Hockey League. Bridgette herself is a founding member of the Rat City Roller Girls in Seattle, WA, under the skate name Ruby Attitudie.

Bridgette has had a pair of kids in TCIHL since 2020 and has been one of the league's Directors at Large since the Spring 2022 season. In addition to TCIHL, her kids have played both rec and travel hockey as well as participated in local NARCh tournaments. She provides non-coach parental perspectives on league issues, she handles jersey orders and apparel sales along with anything else needed to keep things running smoothly.

Simultaneously, Jesse has coached young athletes, imparting essential skills and values on the rink. Their dedication to fostering youth development through sports has made Jesse a respected leader within the league.

Candace Paulman

Candace Paulman

League Secretary

Candace volunteers as the league secretary. In the past she has served as the events coordinator and director of statistics. Her kids joined the league in 2022 after attending a clinic and was welcomed by the wonderful coaches and volunteers. She enjoys giving back to the league and is always open to discussing ways to improve the strong community at TCIHL.

During the summer, you may see Candace improving her own hockey skills by participating in a few Mom's scrimmages. She has learned to appreciate the difficulty of the game and encourages all parents to lace up their skates with their kids and try it out!

Manu Williams

Manu Williams

Director at Large

While relatively new to inline hockey, Manu has developed a fierce passion for the sport. He became involved with TCIHL in 2019, becoming a coach in 2022. To date, he’s coached teams at all TCIHL levels. The experience created an appreciation for the tremendous community fostered by TCIHL and all the people who make the organization successful. He is committed to the belief sports are a metaphor for life. Further, the skills and character developed though inline hockey serve players on and off the rink and translate long after they’ve skated their last game.

Manu became TCIHL’s official statistician in 2025 and joined the Board of Directors as an At-Large member in 2026 to provide assistance across a range of committees. This role is viewed as an opportunity to help carry the legacy of TCIHL forward while impacting youth and creating a meaningful experience of the whole family. Manu has 4 children in total, 2 that are active in TCIHL and area hockey leagues.
