Mandatory AAU Insurance for Coaches, Refs & Staff

AAU & TCIHL require that all coaches, assistants, helpers, etc. purchase an annual AAU membership to participate in league activities through August 31st each year.

AAU Non-Athlete Insurance Instructions for 2026-27
Go to https://aau.uventex.com/applications

Select AAU membership lookup/edit/reprint tool if you think you purchased a 2-year membership last year.

Otherwise, Select > AAU Non-Athlete Membership > Join Now > Get Started
Create a Uventex Sports Hub account or log in if returning and follow the prompts.

For the CLUB CODE either search Tri-City In-Line or ENTER CLUB CODE UFBXGC7BM so you are affiliated with TCIHL.

Finish and make payment (Around $59 for 1 yr. or $79 for 2 yrs.)
Wait for background check to clear. Go back in and print your card
Good through Aug. 31st each year.

*Youth referees may just purchase player insurance if they are not signed up to play.
